Social Impact

How it's made

matters.

Ethical manufacturing isn't a marketing line. It's the infrastructure. Every unit we produce is built on safe workplaces, fair wages, and the deliberate upliftment of women in underserved communities.

01 — BY THE NUMBERS

Women in Manufacturing

In partnership with the Government of Maharashtra, we support training programs that help women move from informal work into structured apparel manufacturing. The focus is on building skill over time, and creating work that holds.

Responsible Manufacturing Standards

Every factory we work with is expected to meet basic standards on safe conditions, fair practices, and worker support, including PF coverage and facilities that help working mothers stay in the workforce.

Long-Term Workforce Stability

We work with manufacturing partners that prioritise workforce retention, worker support systems, and stable long-term operations over short-term production volume.

02 — TRIBAL WOMEN PROGRAM

From farm labour

to formal employment.

MoU with Maharashtra Government

A formal partnership to identify, recruit, and train tribal women from Palghar and Thane districts for careers in garment manufacturing.

12-week training program

Covers machine operation, quality inspection, pattern cutting, and workplace safety — turning agricultural workers into skilled technicians.

Full employment pipeline

Graduates are placed in partner factories with guaranteed minimum wages, PF benefits, health insurance, and on-site creche facilities.
